Dr Williams has been my Doctor for a few years now, and I find that she is very competent and professional. I also realize that she has a very busy schedule. When she sees me, the Doctor never rushes me and listens carefully to what I have to say. I value her treatment and medical opinion. Stephen R Cragin Sr
wait was long, but understandable considering the amount of clients in the waiting area. Dr Williams is friendly, shows an air of concern, and reviews results with patient. However, It appears that her 'plate' is over-loaded. Prescriptions are late called in, and prognosis is often misguided based on the amount of time needed to clarify a clients ailments- which leads to treatment errors. I am curious as to why this Dr is treating younger patients- outside her specialty training.
At first, I thought that this doctor was alright. After 1 week of waiting for my prescriptions to come in, calling them twice; I began to get annoyed. Three weeks later my prescription was finally called into my pharmacy only to be a wrong medication, one that I'm allergic to. Literally one of the most infuriating experiences with a doctor. If you enjoy wasting your time and money, Knisha Williams is your doctor.
