I have always been terrified of the dentist because of a really bad experience with one 15 years ago. Dr. Pitts and his staff are the most compassionate group I have ever been to! They are concerned about you not being in pain and keep asking if you're OK. There is no hour waiting to be seen (Getting more anxious by the minute.) I am so thankful to Dr. Pitts and his staff for everything they have done for me and continue to do.
I have always hated going to the dentist because of very painful experiances. I do not have this at Brad Pitts Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Everyone is extremely nice, gentle, and they make sure I don't feel discomfort. I will continue seeing Dr. Brad Pitts for many years to come.
The office staff has always been professional and courteous to me just as they were on my most recent visit. I have recommended Dr. Pitts to several co-workers and I moved my daughters to his practice when they graduated high school! A+ dentist in my opinion and I will continue to recommend him to others.
Receptionist was on top of my dental insurance before I even came in for my appt. Hygenist was very nice and very thorough with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Pitts was also very nice when I met him at the end. The environment in the office is relaxing and they have TVs at each chair to keep you occupied if you have to wait. I haven't heard from my insurance company yet about coverage of their services--but I would expect them to cover it all.
