Staff was extremely nice and friendly. They worked with me to afford the payments. Dr. Pitts was very knowledgeable he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I would understand. Him and his staff are awesome!! Thanks for the great first experience on the office.
The professionalism I have experienced is superior. The timeliness of the appointments are impeccable ... very little wait time, if any. The procedures are completed with great care for comfort and sharing the steps we are going through. During the past year, I had an episode with a tooth that was dealt with, off hours, by Dr. Pitts ... he was excellent in addressing my discomfort, and quickly referred me on to one of his colleagues for the specific procedure which I needed. Dr. Pitts and his staff are excellent with their patients. My son is 8 years old and I have asked him if he would like to go to a pediatric dentist such as Wild Smiles. He explained that he loves Dr. Pitts and Ms. Angie because he gets to watch tv while they clean his teeth and it doesn't hurt when he gets a filling. I have recommended Dr. Pitts to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Dr. Pitts and his staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. I was told the appointment would take approximately 40 minutes, and the estimate was right on target. I always feel that I am well taken care of when I go to Brad Pitts Dentistry.
