The office is average. They pressure you into making appointments when your child doesn't need it. Had billing and coding issues that left me with bills. Cancelled me twice last minute for silly reasons. There are definitely better options out there.

Within minutes of Shukla being in the room, I KNEW I'd not be returning. His nurse/MA was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. When the doctor came in he greeted us and said my child needed two shots and the nurse would be back in shortly to administer. I told him we weren't getting those shots. He appeared a little taken aback and said they're required by the CDC (not true at all). I asked, "Are they recommended or required?" He simply said we'd have to get them or go elsewhere.

Dr. Shukla is a caring and thoughtful physician who gets to know the patient before making recommendations. He is so good with babies, my 11 mo old daughter usually has stranger anxiety but goes to him with no problem, and even smiles/giggles a lot to him. The lobby could use some improving with toys/magazines available, or video to watch. But I did not wait long so it was not a problem. Staff is friendly/helpful.
