While Dr. Sasaki is an excellent physician, her office staff is unprofessional and careless, making it impossible to remain a patient here. I had an October appointment canceled due to an outstanding balance I was unaware of. I paid immediately and was told my original time was unavailable, so I was rescheduled two months out. When I called to confirm my appointment, which was supposed to be in mid-December, I was told I wasn’t on the schedule at all. I truly have the deepest gratitude and admiration for Dr. Sasaki and her team. The care I received while working through a recent diagnosis was beyond my expectations. No one wants to go through a health crisis, but Dr. Sasaki and her team put my mind at ease with every visit I had. Dr. Sasaki is the best!!! She is very easy to talk to and my surgery was seamless. I am no longer in pain and can go back to living my life!! She is very knowledgeable and I take comfort knowing I'm in the best hands.
The best surgical gyn/obst in Naperville, I went to her when I discovered that I am pregnant on my IUD and the receptionists was very helpful after they know my case they told the doctor and booked me an appointment with her the day after (she was already fully booked). I met Dr. Sasaki and she was very nice, patiently listening to my all concerns and answering them with confidence and knowledge. And the sonographer too was a very nice and good . Thank you.
