Our family left feeling distraught, and it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of care and professionalism when seeking help for a loved one. I hope this feedback encourages the office to improve their patient experience, as it can make a significant difference for families in need of support. Based on a loved ones experience, I cannot recommend this office and urge others to consider their options carefully.

The front desk staff here are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming here if you’re looking for courtesy and great customer service. Instead of accommodating a possible new patient they belittle and try to humiliate them. This office is a disgrace to the medical profession. Stay far away.

I had the most atrocious experience at this office. The Frederick front desk staff are unprofessional. Cutting me off while I’m talking and whispering to each other while I’m standing in front of them. They’ve rescheduled appointment 3 times last minute. Then cancelled an appointment without telling me or giving me to the courtesy to reschedule.
