I saw Dr Cadman as an adult after my open bite I had treated as a child relapsed twice. I drove 8 hour round trip and out of province for each appointment and I have zero regrets about doing this, it was worth every penny spent on gas, food and treatment. The worst experience, to transfer the file they are taking more than 50 days, not sure what is stopping. Sent 5 reminders via email no response, called 4 times says doctor out of station but 2 times pre payments deducted without any work. Sent multiple reminders via messages , still no response. One thing I have to admit, they treated top class till the last appointment ( Dec to July). I am not blaming anyone , seems our fate .
As a newcomer to Saskatoon, I was impressed with Dr. Mike's orthodontic practice when I needed assistance with my dental work. After one of the cement bonds on my 20-year-old + permanent retainer came loose, I decided it was time to have it removed and get new retainers made. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Cadman for over 3 years for her braces and today they were removed. Great employees, friendly staff and incredibly organized! We’re not quite done yet as she has a retainer but I highly recommend this office for any orthodontic needs!
