When my previous ophthalmologist retired my retina specialist recommended Dr. Amesur. I am so grateful to have found her. She is a talented and caring professional with state-of-the art equipment and very pleasant staff. I was having trouble achieving progress fighting my glaucoma and cataract growth. Another doctor suggested I see Dr. Amesur. What a world of difference! Dr. Amesur was so helpful in the treatments and the explanations of the situation. I felt we were on the same boat together, working to improve my condition. Dr. Amesur was a godsend. She literally saved my vision, diagnosing a macular issue and referring me to a retina specialist for surgery. But for Dr. Amesur I would have ultimately been left with peripheral vision only in my left eye.
Dr. Amesur operated on cataracts in both eyes, and I can now see very well without glasses. I got the specialty lenses, which were a bit more, but well worth it for me. I'm a musician and was having increasing difficulty reading the music, not just sharps and flats, but I just couldn't get things in focus. Now things are just fine without glasses. I need to add that her office staff are so nice to work with.
After an eye injury, my husband had to have eye surgery with some complicated options. From the beginning to end- Dr. Amesur explained everything and was absolutely the best! He had a terrific outcome!! Would highly recommend Dr. Amesur!!
