Love this office! We have been coming for years , and the staff is so friendly and the doctor explains everything! The kids love going to the office so they can play in their game room and get the prizes after their appointments! Highly recommend this office to all my friends and family!
I am very dissatisfied with Dr. Prajapati's services. My child had a 6-month dental appointment yesterday, and her treatment received was less than exemplary. Only certain teeth were flossed, no brushing was performed, and a few teeth were scraped. This was not the first time this has occurred. It makes me wonder how many other children are being treated in the same manner. I expect a thorough and meticulous cleaning, not rushed and subpar. I will no longer use Canyon Creek Dentistry's services
Dr. Prajapati is my our dentist of choice. We like her a lot because she has excellent bedside manners. From what I have observed, she is very professional, not arrogant and takes the time to explain to the patient (adult and children) what she is going to do, why she has to do it and the benefit of the procedure. In our opinion, Dr. Prajapati is EXCELLENT!
