Took my son to get his braces done and the Doctor was very rude. Kept making slick comments on how we missed an appointment last week due to school stuff. Even though we rescheduled for them to do what they were supposed to do they ended up not even doing anything. Will be taking him somewhere else.
This morning I went to Kool Smiles Hattiesburg, MS for one of two appointments for a treatment plan. Upon arrival I was checked in by Danielle who treated me very nicely. She handled things very professionally. Dr. Roark and her hygienist, Leneka did a superb job in serving me with the cleaning process of my teeth. Tamesha McSwain also made me feel really at home though I was in a dental office.
