My positive experiences with their medical staff are completely offset by horrible interactions with their front desk & phone service. Expect hours on hold, weeks before voicemails are returned & a disorganized phone system that is bound to give you a headache you didn’t have. I’ll be exploring new primary care providers ASAP.
Dr Kersten is wonderful. Very attentive to my questions/concerns and thorough while asking related questions that I had not considered. Her calm demeanor and focus on me ( her patient) is so appreciated. A very rare doctor who does not watch the clock to “get them in, get them out “.
I only have nice things to say about Dr. Kimberly Kerten my doctor for over 15 years always very patient helpful with a kind and great personality make me feel very comfortable very easy-going to talk considered that English is my second language I never had problem any problems with Dr. Kimberly Kirsten I just want to make sure I register my like because it’s very easy to say something bad people don’t take their time to say something nice ! I am so fed up with that office. Never called me back, never answer phone, try to get medical records to and I keep calling nothing! I was wondering if there was a heath commissioner or something people can call to straighten this out because it isn't fair to the patience of hers!!!!
Horrible. I contacted them back in May about getting my medical records for a job. Called them weekly for a month and a half about getting them but they kept telling me I’m not waiting long enough for them to come in the mail. It’s been a month. When I call to see if I can pick them up they are rude and tell me to continue waiting. I’m at risk of loosing my job because they are unable to return a phone call or send documents.
