My kids have been seeing Dr. Kim and Sabrina for over 14 years. Since before her ex-husband even started his practice. My 18 year old boy still prefers seeing Dr. Kim and Sabrina. Twelve years ago, Dr. Kim saved his life. He was not recovering from pneumonia, and Dr. Kim sent us to Children's Dallas, believing He had Pleural Empyema. She was right on, and he had lung surgery to clear the fluid and infection. She called me every day checking on him. Sabrina also worked with her then.

We came to Dr. Smith due to following her nurse practitioner from another practice. We always see Sabrina who has the magic touch with our son who has autism. We have also seen Dr. Smith when Sabrina is not available and liked her very much. The staff has always been very kind and understanding with my son. We have never had to wait very long.

I have found Dr. Kimberly Smith and staff to be very professional in contact both by phone and in person. Dr. Smith takes the time to listen and provides information and support I can use.

Dr.Smith is great, office staff is not. I have 2 kids both of whom I sent medical records to their office. They have seen my son many time for well visits over 2 yrs. Luckily my older daughter has not been sick, until today. I call and try to get an apt for both of them sick visit and they can't see my daughter because she is a newpatient and they only have 2 15 min openings for sick kids and she would need 30 mins for a new patient. They need office email for records request,who uses fax?
