Kimberly Anderson is a very rude, unsympathetic doctor. She told me to use eye drops and take a Tylenol for a corneal abrasion. This was after I had explained to her that I had used lubricating drops and taken an anti-inflammatory but was still experiencing tremendous pain. She either wasn’t listening to me or was too lazy/uncaring to treat me. Either way, those are negative qualities for a healthcare professional to have. The Va Eye Institute has plenty of great doctors to choose from so skip over her.
