One thing that's been so annoying about Kimberly Heimer, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance.
