I confirmed with the office beforehand that my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield - Blue Open Access POS) was accepted. However, when I arrived after driving over an hour, I was told they only take PPO plans and was asked to pay out of pocket. This was a complete waste of my time and energy.
