I totally agree with Emily. I have been going to Dr. Richard’s since her father ran the practice, along with my now adult daughters, for 27 years and because of Nancy have found a new dentist. She is extremely rude and disrespectful and that is not something I tolerate more than once. It’s a repeated behavior. I called to have my records forwarded and she said it was done. It was not. Nancy the front desk receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Dr. Kim is great, however the receptionist needs a severe attitude check.

Best dentist experience I've ever had in my life!!! Ever. Receptionist was very kind. Dental hygienist Dawn was PHENOMINAL! VERY kind and informative and aware of patient needs. Dentist Kimberly was equally as kind. Her father had taken care of my own mother's teeth many years prior. Ide leave more than 5 stars if I could. I wish I had found this dentist sooner in life. Thank you!
