3 months into their 6 month queue the receptionist calls to cancel my appointment (simple cleaning) because they aren't taking new Delta Dental patients.
Waited for three months and month before appointment called to inform me they would not see me because they are no longer excepting anymore patients that carry delta dental. Should have honored the commitment she made when they excepted me as a new patient.
As someone who is a very anxious dental patient I was nervous when a friend referred me. From the moment I arrived at Dr Kim’s I couldn’t have been more at ease. Dr Kim and her staff are the most kind and gentle dental crew I have ever experienced in my life. They don’t try to talk over your head or explain things with overly technical terms. Dr. Kim and her staff were all very sweet. I’m always very anxious going to dentists. But can definitely say I will not feel like that any longer. I’m so grateful I took the time to come today and that they accommodated me so fast in everything I needed. The dentist is 100! For sure!!
