Have been with her practice for routine care for the family for a few years. All has gone downhill recently. Can't get an answer on the phone and no one calls back. Not sure what's going on, and won't make guesses, but we are moving to another physician.
Dr. Tran and her support staff are amazing! I’d highly recommend Dr. Tran for your PCP needs. Dr. Tran is knowledgeable, friendly and carves out ample time to spend getting to know the full picture of your PCP visit.
This is where me and my family have gone for a number of years and they are very helpful and Dr. Tran is very nice and good at what she does.
This place is AWFUL! The receptionist, Sylvia is not a good person. She is degrading and hateful. I've been going here for too long. I should have switched sooner. I called for a referral and was told they would get back to me. The receptionist called back, but I missed the call and she left a message. Too expensive and even charges you to discuss test results (even your results are slightly off). There are other clinics in Round Rock & Austin TX that have better doctors, wait time is less, appointments are quicker, and charges less. Staff is good and friendly.
