6개월전에 예약한 날짜를 두번이나 바꾸고, 최종 진료 전날 확인 전화 하겠다고 하고 전화 하지 않았다..진료 시간 5분전에 도착 하였으나 예약 시간 보다 7분 늦게 치료를 시작 하였고 , 치료 시간도 10분만에 끝냈다..보조 치료사가 일찍 치료가 끝나 놀란 표정을 지었고, 나의 다음 환자가 없는 듯 하였으나 무성의 하게 형식적으로, 건성으로 치료 하였다..가능하면 좋은글 쓰고 싶었지만...나를 치료 하였던 Jennifer Kim을 절대 추천하지 않는다..별 하나도 아깝다

Dr. Kim is a very kind and skilled dentist I met as a new patient within the area. As a nurse sometimes I get last minute schedule changes or my schedule is known to me very late. Dr. Kim and her staff here are very accommodating to me and ensure my needs are exceeded as a patient. She presents with very good bedside manner and displays impressive technical skills within her practice. My son needed an appointment. But, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. Then my wife tried for an appointment, but again , the receptionist was rude. These people are horrible they only call in the end of the year before New Year. I changed my dentist. When I needed them for my son, they were ignoring us. Extremely bad service. They need to change the receptionist. Big Time!
I have been going to Dr. Kim for a couple of years now and she is the best dentist I've had. The last dentist I had was so awful, she was a breath of fresh air!
