Dr. Ross may be an excellent dentist but be advised that there is minimal to no office support or follow-up. When I was delayed 20 minutes for an appointment when returning from out of town trip my appointment was abruptly canceled. No one from her office ever bothered to contact me for a reschedule. I finally emailed the office and was advised that "Dr. Ross is not reactivating patients at this time." However, the footer on the email states "now accepting new patients". Huh??? I have had unfortunately several dentist over the years, but no more !. Dr Kim takes it to the next level. She is almost insane about details and takes it way passed just a filling or crown to perform art work in dentistry. I have consistently send my friends to her with great success.
