Dr Ly is the best doctor psychiatrist I have ever had. As a matter of fact, I don't know whether she's still with valley healthcare, but I need her back. I saw her for years and I went to Kaiser and I still saw her and then she moved her practice to I think Sacramento. No matter what I was going through or what my work was like. She adjusted my medication according to the difficulty in my job. I trust her completely with my medical diagnosis and I'm actually looking to make an appointment with her wherever she is.
