The schedulers and medical assistants passing themselves off as “nurses” are rude and do whatever they want. They do not return calls or messages timely and seem uneducated and tacky when they do, speaking down to you like you’re beneath them when you’re already sick and scared. Dr Yee is ok but has a bit of an overinflated ego. They sadly do not seem to care. All the former GHS facilities have really gone downhill since being taken over by Prisma. They hire just anyone off the street with no education or experience working ... read more
