Great staff, willing to take walk in care. Dr. Kim spotted concern and sent me to specialist to address it. Our family all trust him.
The lady that works the front desk is one of the rudest receptionist I’ve come across, when I call they place me on hold and never pick up again. Never coming back to this place, they treat people as if you aren’t paying for their services at all. SMH
I went to get help with a problem I had with my current glasses. While explaining the problem, this doctor told me that’s enough I get it you are unhappy with your current prescription. I am not used to rude doctors so I just ignored it and finished the exam. He kept repeating to me my age (as if I didn’t know it) and it in the end wished me luck finding glasses to address my issue.
