Dr. Khushro Unwalla treated me in the behavioral health unit after FONTANA PD took me in for being drunk. He wrote in my file that I had delusions of grandiosity because I said I worked and helped improve the PHQ9 along with 31 other nurses. I wonder why it's hard for him to believe that in fact is true. Is it because I'm not a doctor like him or maybe he's jaded and needs to get a new job. Many of the things that he wrote in my chart are very offensive and flat out lies.
