Dr Noto is the best! I was in extreme pain, did not have an appointment. Also, I was a new patient and His staff got me in on the same day. I had thrombosis hemorrhoids, which is very painful and unbearable. I did not feel like I was just another number. The wait is nothing, 30 mins to an hour is usual wait time at a doctor's office, even though I did not wait that long. Thank you Dr Noto.
