I truly love Dr. Pal. One of the most caring Dr's I've ever known. He will listen to you to hear everything about your child. My son and daughter have been going to Dr Pal since they were 6 weeks old, my son is now 14 and daughter 8. He's watched them grow up.
My children just love going to see Dr. Pal as he makes them very comfortable and always gives satisfying answers to my children's health concerns.
Doctor kozhema is good and knowledgeable person
He's a wonderful doctor. He's extremely compassionate and has always gone out of the way to make sure my child stays healthy and happy.
Unprofessional service. No reachability post appointment, no way to refill simple prescription such as diaper rash cream. Pharmacy got reply from office for refill. Triage nurse line is fake, they just record message and no reply. Scheduling service is 3rdparty so they can't assist either. No reply to messages sent via answering service either. That is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Not taking kids there ever again.
