After 4 years, I'm finally leaving. Office staff is rude. My medications are not filled out called in incorrectly. I get referred for labs and am told I didn't need them when I show up. If you reschedule an appointment, even due to illness you can be waiting 6 months for another. She would rather send you to the ER than try to treat you, and the ER staff will be confused as to why you are there. Following a call regarding elevated blood pressure, the receptionist advised seeking emergency care. Despite explaining our condition, the requested prescription was not processed. Subsequent inquiries revealed the order was never submitted. A follow-up appointment resulted in another referral to the emergency room, despite persistent high blood pressure, and a lack of the necessary medication. They called an ambulance sent us to the hospital and the ER wanted to know why we were there and how come the doctor didn't give him... read more
Dr. Yee is very well trained and knows all about your problems, especially your kidneys. She has been very helpful in my diagnosis and it helped me solve many and many of my problems. I highly recommend her to anyone who has a problem with any of your internal organs, especially kidneys Thank you doctor. Enjoy you and your company Richard.
