Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Ghrima Khanna. We purchased our 4-year-old son's glasses here in February for nearly or more then $400 because we were assured the frame was durable and suitable for young children. That turned out to be completely untrue. The frame has cracked and broken in multiple places from normal daily use, even lenses had stracheswhich they first told its a straches proof to sold. I would not recommend coming here. The doctor only cares about selling frames and when you do buy any glasses from her and anything happens to them they gave you every excuse in the book and force you to buy another frame. They lie and tell you that your frames were discounted and there is no warranty when that was never the case. All the frames are over priced and cheap. This is why they don’t last..
I have been Patient of Dr Khanna, for 10 years now. She is very reliable and explains everything clearly. I would definitely recommend their services.
