Dr Le explains everything he is doing & takes time to answer any questions. He makes you comfortable &I my procedure was pain free. I will, & already have, recommended him to others.
I was referred to Dr. Le by my PCP and visited him twice at the Fall Creek location. -Staff speaks Spanish amongst themselves. -Dr. Le avoided eye contact. -Dr. Le does not listen to symptoms and asked leading questions. (I.e "But you don't have stomach pain, right?" "So you're having trouble swallowing?"). He mentioned me having "difficulty swallowing" four times, to which I repeatedly stated WAS NOT my problem. -He suggested sedation and biopsies, but ENT visit results showed reflux.
He's an excellent Dr. He took time to explain everything about the procedure before and after to me and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
