My mother initially visited this clinic for a relatively mild issue involving eye discharge. At the time of the first visit, there was no swelling and no significant pain. She was prescribed steroid eye drops. After using the prescribed medication, her condition became significantly worse, with noticeable swelling, pain, and increased discomfort developing afterward. I saw Dr. McLellan to get a prescription for progressive lenses. The accuracy and promptness of the service was far worse than what I have historically received from the other doctor. There was no accountability for the inaccurate prescriptions and even shifting the blame to the patient. To make matters worse, I even paid for the subsequent visit to correct their mistake.
