I tried to get a refill of antidepressants from plushcare through this doctor and I regret even booking with her in the first place. I have been getting my medications from plushcare for over 3 years now and out of all of the doctors I have spoken to, Dr. Khalida Mahdi was the worst. When I joined the call she seemed annoyed to be talking to me. Dr Khalida is the best ❤️ very knowledgeable and caring DR. She is the absolute best at what she does.
If I could 0 i would. She had zero compassion and disconnected the call in the middle of me speaking. She seemed annoyed from the beginning of the visit. I do not recommend her.
If I could leave no star, I would. She talked over me when I tried to explain my needs and then hung up on me. I’ve been working with PlushCare and an amazing doctor with them for over a year. My doctor was unavailable today. This is the first terrible experience I’ve had with this company. Pick another doctor.
