It’s sad to give a hospital such a low score but with my experience it should a one star. I had to go to physical therapy through Workmen’s Comp., the billing department wasn’t getting paid fast enough so they billed my regular primary insurance and made me cover the co-pays which is against the law. It’s Workmen’s Comp. law and as a hospital they should know that but it’s illegal to bill primary insurance because you’re not getting “paid fast enough“.
