Have been taking my special needs son since 2006. He has always been a very compassionate and caring doctor. Very knowledgeable and makes sure my son is taken care of. I would recommend him.
I am hard of hearing and told him this. Instead of attempting to speak louder or more clearly, he started to whisper. I barely heard anything he said. At the start of the appointment he told me to remove my mask. Said it was pointless because either I was going to catch Covid or I wasn't!!! I was wearing a mask because I had been dealing with cold like symptoms and didn't want to infect others. All in all, it was not a good first visit and I intend to find another neurologist, as this will be a long relationship. I felt unsa... read more
I've been with Dr. Jriesat for about 4-5 years. I suffer from my migraine and Dr. Jriesat and his staff is awesome. Highly recommend!!
Never got that far (a visit) the staff never answered the phone when I called many, many times and my messages were NEVER returned, after a month, when the STAT referrals were ignored, I hand carried a referral to the office and when I finally received an appointment for my grandson 2 months out, I stated how this is an emergency, he needed to be seen yesterday and this is a life or death situation, something bad is going to happen to him, well it did “Suicide”. He was in pain and didn’t understand what was going on, so he r... read more
Listened to me and did a good neurological physical exam.
Horrible Experience. Waited 1.5 hrs and hardly anybody was there. He spent about 5 minutes with me. Wouldn't listen to me. I need a neurologist and he just kept saying "Go to your primary care" He also kept saying "come with me"...after I interrupted him maybe 2-3 time "I went with him". I stupidly thought that he was bringing me into his office to discuss my issues instead he marched me up to the reception area, turned around and wished me a Merry Christmas", and walked away.
Absolutely wonderful. I have been seeing Dr Jreisat for about 11 years now. Very compassionate, never rude or in a hurry, always takes time to answer all my questions.
I've been going to Dr. Jreisat since 2013 for chronic migraines. He's always been very pleasant and sincerely cared that I was in pain. We tried every single thing possible to relieve my migraines to no avail. Finally, he suggested that I may want to consider Botox. Now I only occasionally get migraines whereas before I got them at least 5 out of 7 days per week. His accent can make it a bit hard to understand him at first, but he will repeat and speak slower if you let him know.
All around horrible doctor and office staff. Not mean, just poor office management and worse neurologist I have ever been too! I have been to about 20 neurologist for the past 25 years. By far the worst one, but he sure will try to sell you Botox.
