Not very friendly. Knows his medical stuff, but can be short tempered if you don't go with his treatment plan. He prescribed Doxepin 10mg 1tab at bed time. The medication didn't work, so i informed the office & they informed the Dr. The 2nd medication was declined by my insurance. Informed the office then my pharmacy said my Doxepin 3 mg 1 at bedtime. I wish I could give negative stars. After making an appointment three months out (and being on hold for almost an hour), they called me a week before my appointment to let me know the doctor wouldn’t be in that day but because he’s so awesome he opened a spot almost two months out. Ridiculous. Follow-up: I had a great experience with the doctor himself but the office appears severely understaffed. Dr. Khader is an excellent pulmonologist—knowledgeable and caring. However, the wait time to reach his office by phone is extremely long. Every time I’ve called, I’ve waited over 45 minutes just to speak to someone. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes it nearly impossible to call during a lunch break or a busy day. This issue really needs to be addressed, as it affects patient care and access to support.
I've been with this doctor for years...always loved him and he was always understanding and responsive. I had a sleep apnea test on Nov 16-17th and I was to receive a call when they had sent the results to the Doctor. Weeks went by, no one contacted me about the results...so I called the sleep apnea place to ask if they had sent the Doctor results.they said yes.
