I was pleasantly pleased with Doctor Hindoyan. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained what he saw in my mother's xrays with great detail and care. We are grateful to have stumbled across him and his great staff.

My wife got an MRI (no one told her it was out of network, btw). She was scheduled to get her results but wanted to get them by phone because we had a sick family member at home. She called numerous times, I called, and no one ever answered or got back to us despite our voicemails. Still haven’t received any results weeks later and still no one answers the phone. The epitome of negligence.

For over two years I was experiencing pain in my lower back area radiating into my hips to the point I could not sit or lie down for more than five minutes without experiencing severe pain. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Hindoyan. He listened with care and concern to my issues, provided excellent information about my options, and, when I did end up needing surgery, completely cured my nerve pain. Leading up to this my pain had been misdiagnosed and dismissed by other doctors. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Hindoyan for restoring my quality of life!

Highly recommend him- I recently visited the Pasadena location with my mother for her back injury. He took his time to make sure all the concerns/questions were all answered.
