Great care and courtesy with my brother and our family.
What a disappointment after seeing this Doctor for a few years I have to switch because they cannot send a simple electronic prescription for 1 pill to help me relax for an MRI. They referred me to my primary doctor to get 1 pill. This is 2022 and absurd that they are unable to assist with something so simple. And they no longer do hand written prescriptions so I'm left with no other option.
HORRIBLE service blatant disregard for patients. Was told the mass in my mothers brain wasn’t urgent enough to reschedule what we thought was an appointment but instead was a consult. Go to a different doctor. Scheduling is a nightmare. We are going to complain to the insurance company.
