Dr. Vakani has always been super nice. We've only come for retainer replacement twice now, as we got my daughter's braces done in another state where we lived. Staff is super friendly.
Dr. Vakani is an exceptional orthodontist. The staff is courteous, competent and the location is beautiful. Highly recommend.
I should had listened to my gut when reading the one stars reviews, they’re true! They’re rude and quality is not consistent with what they’re charging. I took my chance and went here for my Braces. I got my Braces put on the April 12th, I had Issues ever since. I had put $500 down, when they have a promotion saying “Down payment low as $99”, they want me to pay $200 a month, while they only put the bottom braces on, wait few months for the top. Love this orthodontist! I've never heard him be rude to anyone. He is great. He knows what he's doing. Staff is happy, knowledgable, and courteous. Office is well managed. Quick in and out! After $250 down, he will finance the rest with no interest. Cost for me was $3,500. I use plastic aligners, but he does hardware braces as well. Been going to Him for a couple of years. saw a review about how he’s terrible to employees and just rude ? idk i disagree it kind of feels like he goes out of his way for his patients.. again i’ve never seen him be rude to employees. in fact at the end of my appointment, all of the staff was actually getting ready to order lunch together.
