Dr Kevin Marks is an awesome physician, does great work, gets to know his patients and really cares about your quality of life’
I feel that Dr Marks went over my concerns and had a plan to take care of them. I will follow up in two weeks.
My son (college age) had severe gastrointestinal problems. Since we have cancer that runs in our family (colon, appendiceal and kidney/bladder cancer) we requested a CT or MRI, to be followed up by other tests. The pain had been pretty significant, thus elevating our concerns; yet we waited for numerous days with the doctor's staff saying we "have the reports in hand" but he had not reviewed them yet. Being new to the area, I did not have any idea where to go. After meeting Dr. Marks, I knew I had found one of the best! He listened to my concerns and I felt he was deciding on the best treatment to help me feel better. Thank you and your staff for my excellent care.
Dr. Marks was a phantom Doctor. Upon my initial visit I was led to the exam room and then seen by a medical practitioner. Dr Marks never took the time to step in and introduce himself. I did see him vaguely when I had my gastroscopy as I was falling deeply into unconsciousness due to anesthesia. I returned to the office several times thereafter and again was seen only by his medical practitioner. I have never received medical treatment by a physician at such impersonal level.
My visit with Dr. Marks was good.
