Awful experience. My friend and I scheduled back to back appointments for eye exams. We were caught in traffic due to bad accident on I-64. I called and told them and the lady said no problem. When we arrived late the reception snapped at me for being late and said they can only hold the appointment 10 minutes. I explained I called and was told there wasn’t a problem so we continued the route to the appointment.
