Dr. Rattray is quick and professional. I don't need to wait for a long time to solve the problem. Highly recommend.
The good: -the receptionist is very friendly -direct billing The bad: -the new dentist at the practice is really not good at fillings, it was painful, slow and she messed up my bite which I need fixing now.
I cannot say enough about the team at both Barrhaven and especially Hazeldean locations. They are very kind and caring about your schedule and needs, they are super personable and never make you feel like just a patient. Asking follow up questions about your life from your last visit makes you feel like they are friends. I have a bad history with dentistry and it makes me anxious to get work done, and they are so accommodating.
