I've been seeing Dr. Kevin for over 10 years for back and neck pain and discomfort, and he's been nothing short of fantastic. I would give him extra points if possible for his dedication to going above and beyond for patients- I've had multiple occasions where I've suffered a sports or home improvement induced injury, and as soon as I get in contact with him, he's able to find a time on the calendar to fix me up and get back out there. I've sent a few friends his way as well!
I had a really bad experience with Dr. Kevin, he charged me extra money for the x-rays!! Plus he didn't even bother to adjust my whole body for me!! I can say this is scam what they are doing over there. Even I called them back and I left a complaint and they didn't even bother get back to me. I wish I can give them no starts!! This is my experience I hope yours is better!
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is friendly. Dr. Phalen is very professional and I feel confident in his care. Highly recommended.
