Unfortunately my personal experience in being Dr.McDaid's patient has not been a positive one. My minor surgery on an index finger produced no results promised to me and contrary to the actual facts, I am now being told that there was no guarantee that there will be an improvement altogether. I felt this doctor had no compassion, no understanding, was dismissive and arrogant. "I'm sorry you're not happy with the results" and that was it. I want to forget his name and I regret going to him.
