Highest regard for Dr Riggs. Diagnosed ARMD for my husband and because of referral it was caught in time. My exam was the best I have ever had. As for my glasses I am disappointed in his new Manager. In less than a year I have had to have my frames adjusted several times and replaced because they actually broke. I asked to replace the frame with a stronger frame and was I was told it would cost me additional $192. I paid. $410 on 3/2023. VSP paid $287. I have been visiting Dr. Kevin Riggs for eye care for several years. My Mother recently added him to her care resources. Today's most recent visit was for Mother, who was experiencing an anomaly in her vision. Brittany answered the call for an appointment, scheduled promptly and in fact, suggested an earlier available time. The staff, as always, was professional, hospitable & friendly, even jovial.
