Dr. Mchugh read my MRI 3 times, including one reread. His readings are consistently extremely vague and unhelpful, which has caused me to get multiple additional opinions to help me understand what's going on. Because of his vague readings I ended up getting bad nerve impingement, and when he was asked to reread the MRI after I had confirmed that he had missed several issues (we wanted the issues officially on the record), he somehow missed them *again*.
