We used to have our optometry needs for our family of 6 performed by the Spectacle. We had used the Topeka, Lawrence and Lyndon offices at various times. Sometimes it was a pleasant experience. We are no longer customers because after an insurance mix-up resulted in BCBSKS short-paying the Spectacle by $60 (out of a $400+ visit for my family), we were treated very poorly after asking for my son's prescription. Horrible customer service, no communication. glasses took wayyy to long to arrive not to mention they were not to my sight!!!!

Took my daughter to Dr lenahans The spectacle. Great customer service and friendly staff :)
