I called asked for an insurance pre approval Was given a price oaud upon my exam got exam picked out glasses asked if I owed any more Was told no I'm going . Picked up my glasses Couple weeks later asjea if I owed any additional Once again told no .Received my monthly Medicare SumnarS .it showed additional fees I may be charged . Said none none was billed an additional 80. I was sent to this location by the girl at the Gage store because they were sold out of frames. She said they were busy and sold them all. So drove all the way out to Croco and that store is closed! Doors locked and lights out!! The website says they are open, and it's the middle of the afternoon.

Last year has a unpleasant experience, mainly by the front desk who don't bother to say "good morning" let alone wear a smile. One time I went to pick up my boyfriend's contacts and as soon as I walk to the front desk she gives me the contacts. Without asking why I was there. I was upset bc she could've given them to anybody and bc she didn't mubled a word to me. No "Thank you" "Here you go". I really liked taking my son here however, they stopped accepting his insurance and failed to inform me of this until I called to make an appointment for his annual check-up. Very poor communication on their part & now I have to find another eye doc & get him in before he returns to college!
