I have waited 2 years to write this review. Dr. Coupe did knee surgery on me and my knee has hurt worse than before the surgery! I have went back to him for help with know good results. I ask that all I wanted was for my knee to stop hurting and his nurse (which wasn't very nice) said we can't give you anymore pain meds. My response to her was that I don't won't pain meds, I only took them the day of surgery and the day after and threw the rest away, and all I won't is the pain to stop! Awesome, caring doctor. Reassured my 9-year old after a lawn mower accident. His PA and support staff are fabulous.
I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making my first and hopefully last surgery an easy experience for me. I was really scared when I found out I was having ACL surgery. Your whole office is sweet and were very patient with all my questions. Especially you and your reassuring vibe.
