I was nervous because of the receptionist and reviews. Dr Kevin Hall extracted 4 of my son’s wisdom teeth. Not only were they the least expensive but I felt they didn’t add unnecessary charges for “bone graphs” and surgical pads at $250 each. English is not the first language of the Naples receptionist so scheduling and forms took extra time. But Dr Hall and the tech that treated my son were exceptional! Had a surgical extraction performed. Dr. Hall was so kind & professional explained what he was doing & follow up care. No problems & overall good experience. Highly recommend this oral surgeon.
it’s a shame the girl who answer the phone be so rude. the doctor should take action because he will lose many opportunities to get new patients because of her.
Had root canal done and my experience was excellent, Dr. Hall is a great surgeon...I don't look forward to any dental work as I am a bit of a freak when it comes to needles in my mouth but can honestly say that if I am to have anything done in the future Dr. Hall would be my go to Surgeon.
The girl who answered the phone was rude af. My daughter who is not even legal to drink is in extreme pain after two impacted wisdom teeth, one that was sideways. Called to ask if she was in this much pain in a few days, is there a refill? She treated me like my child was a pill popper. Wtaf! She wouldn't make an appointment to see the Dr. either so he could see how much pain she was in, she's too swollen. Uncaring, insensitive and unprofessional!
