I scheduled an appointment several months ago. Recently (a few days before) the office called and cancelled my appointment that I had been waiting for for months. They cancelled due to Covid which is understandable. The lady that called me was rude and short with me. She said they would call back and reschedule. They never did. I called and tried to reschedule, again the lady on the phone was rude. She said someone would call me back, and of course no one did.
