Had a great experience, staff was professional and thorough, cannot say enough about about them.
I have been scheduled appointments to go over lab results and have been forgotten about 2 times! It’s has become increasingly hard to speak with office personnel. You automatically get forwarded to the answering service during office hours! I have left 3 messages and have not gotten a call back yet! Dr. Garnepudi is an exceptional physician. His staff is the issue.
This Dr is truly a miracle!!! I had 1 visit and he knew exactly how to cure the Klebsiella pneumoniae I got 26 months ago during a back surgery. I saw all kinds of drs and Noone knew how to treat it. This dr saved my life and let me know there are still good drs and people who care about their patients.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your office. I called at 11 a.m., one hour before your closing time on a Friday. Instead of speaking with the office directly, my call was routed to an answering service. I requested that the doctor return my call, but unfortunately, I never received a response. You shouldn't even get one star. You put my relative on IV Infusion antibiotics at home - every 8 hours for 14 days - then sent home health to draw blood to make sure the antibiotics are working but YOU sent the wrong blood draw orders - nothing in the orders for the blood infection that the antibiotics are even for.
